Somehow I still remember hearing this song on the radio back in the day. Probably because of the band name. It stayed in my head all this time, lol

I just love the imagery in the video. Mark driving a Hillman Minx, a car that's rare here in it's home country, the uk let alone the US. I wonder if Mark owned it. The dalmatian running through the field with wings is so poignant.

Pure genius. Do not do drugs and alcohol if you are a genius on the edge. Bad idea. You will take actions that you might not have otherwise. The void can be the center of being. But not if it is adulterated with additives.

Probably only artist whos music wasn't spoiled with drugs. Well, he died so we won't be getting any more unfortunately.

Let's not force ideations on Mark that really aren't substantiated. We don't know what he was struggling with, and the idea of the tortured genius is 99% bullshit. An artist can't create when they're in the worst throes of depressive disorders. We don't know that drugs or alcohol put him where he was that day, but I know for sure whatever he was struggling with in his mind did.
