Literally never happened, people cheat in Tetris, people cheated in source and 1.6, people even cheat in singleplayer games, people dont like to lose, its only fun if youre doing something else fun like playing with friends and cracking jokes, losing is inherently a bad feeling

@@User-kq3od a bad feeling that gets counteracted when you win, which is a side effect of the adrenaline you get from playing the game legit because you don't know positions of enemies and get scared as it's a regular thing for humans to overthink in certain situations. most cheaters have low morals, such as the ones who cheat because others are cheating. if you're genuinely THAT bad that you can't win without cheats like some people, then gaming just isn't meant for you and you should invest in outside activities. 😭😭

Your Insert key thing wouldn't work because it actually has a legitimate use, nobody uses it, but some weirdos do, also, when a cheat is injected and you press Insert, the Game never gets the Input.

i understand the logic behind the idea that "Valve makes money from cheaters, so that's why they don't have good AC" but realistically, wouldn't they gain more if they implemented a good anti-cheat system? This would likely encourage more players to return to the game, increasing their chances of earning even more money.

Probably about morals they have. Microscopic investments in tournaments they sponsor, low transparency, allowing cheaters to roam on empty promises that something will be fixed due to the fact they allow them to cheat etc., and yet - people come online, join servers, play open cases and make them money, even though there's a massive cheating problem and everyone under the sun seems to be mad about it. What do you imagine Valve would do in such case when they see "hmm, we are allowing this game to bleed out and yet - money still comes in. I guess we don't have to change anything!", which is why players should stop opening cases in order to hurt them financially - nothing else is a good enough incentive for such company to anything.

Valve doesn't care about the state of their game as long as they make their money, same with cs, same with tf2, and probably a lot of other games too. We as consumers need to push back by not buying sh1t from valve until they fix their game.

The best thing to do (AS A GAMER who doesn't like cheaters): is to simply spend more time mastering the game (doing what the cheaters refuse to do), and ultimately punishing them with your superior skill.
