Thanks, great video. But it may be simplified. There is no need to create first sheet metal body. Just thicken the rotation, then use Extrude command to elongate the edge by 0.1mm, then use "Convert to Sheet Metal" command selecting the small 0.1 mm face as a base.

May be you have some graphics issue , reverse side is displayed by light yellowish color .
