Everyone is delighted for Sparks to start. The problem, is we never want them to finish!

Until a month ago when I discovered their documentary, I couldn't place Sparks. I am almost 80 and cannot figure out why I didn't know them, but I did remember the sound of various songs. Now I'm a HUGE FAN of the band. Keep finding more gems about them, more music. Love to sing with Russell, and love and understand how he sings harmonies with himself in the arrangement. (I've always done that).

My mom's 78. She discovered Sparks about 12 years ago on The Jonathan Ross Show. Took her to see them for the first time last week in Seattle; she was so happy!

I watched the documentary as well and then realized I heard them on Gilmore girls and then found out my dad played them a lot as a dj in the late 80s 😂

I am so frickin thankful to Edgar Wright and team for making the doc. I can't believe I lived 47 years not knowing them. I mentioned my discovery to a good friend. He said, "WHAT? They were MADE for you." Cheers to shiny, new fandom!

For two boys who've always loved cinéma, what a fitting tribute and appreciative audience. Russell is clearly intoxicated by the situation. Saw them at the Warfield last night and the audience just wouldn't let them leave the stage - so much love!

This is a fabulous performance, but I saw Sparks do this song 8 times on tour this year and, hard as it is to believe, Russell was even higher-energy onstage during the tour. Go look at some of the live videos of So May We Start from 2022 and watch him LEAP in the air without missing a note. Astonishing.

Fanfuckingtastic! Listener from the 70s and and at 54 they are one of the few reasons I find myself getting out of bed everyday taking care of my husband who has Bone marrow cancer. (We just founf out it failed) Some songs make me weep, others give me strength. I hope they know they've kept me alive and thriving from elementary school to now.. at 54. 💗 Thank you isn't enough from The Tiverton by UCLA. 💔💗

They got dancers to cosplay as Ron and Russel while standing behind Ron and Russel. This has to the the Singularity. The Sparkception. That has only happened once before when the decided to plagiarize themselves because everybody but Mike Patton was incompetent. I can't express how much I love this on every level. Even the audience enthusiastically rattles their jewelry.
