Sparmax SP-35C is dual-action, gravity feed airbrush, made in Taiwan. Sparmax airbrushes are very popular due to their effectiveness, durability and high quality, all of those combined with low price. They are considered budget airbrushes, although besides the price tag, there is nothing budget about them.
SP-35C is part of the SP-35 series of airbrushes, available on the market for some time now, with this particular one featuring tail-stopper and .35mm needle. The rest of the SP-35 series are with the same nozzle, but they do not have tail-stopper and their SP-35F derivative is suited for lower pressure applications.
Other than that, they are with similar qualities and with very nice features.
You can see how the airbrush handles itself in this video, being tested on a very warm summer day with Tamiya paints and various pressures. The results are surprisingly good and the airbrush is highly recommended!

The conclusion from this review is that this airbrush is very good option for starting up as well as for main usage, due to the needle-nozzle combo, that will suit most of the needs for a standard modeling applications. The color cup might be insufficient for larger scale models, however for 35th scale armor and 48th scale planes will be very good choice.

Great review - thank you. I've two Sparmax airbrushes and the Premi-air G35 (Sparmax SP35), I think that mine is an 'A' model - which I acquired second hand and unused for very little money - lovely airbrushes all three. I've also two Harder and Steinbeck airbrushes, they punch well above their 'weight' and price point - all provide great features and value.

I have a seriously "first world" dilemma between this and the Sparmax DH-103, which, as I understand, is the precursor to the widely popular Max-3 model for my first airbrush. I'll be using it for miniature wargaming models, so smaller stuff than usual military model kits. Any suggestion either way? Thanks
