I hear a lot about the huge debts it has, and lets face it some of their ‘star making ‘ is a bit obvious but its still putting on great , high production fights. Liam how hard do ye and the squad spar? Do you have your fighters go 100% an just use bigger gloves like 16 or do you try an get them to go less, an save it for the fight. Always like to know how some gyms approach. I'm here in Thailand now and I notice the Thais keep it light when Thai boxing but go hard af when just boxing sparring hands only. What do you find good? I was at an mma gym in the states and we'd only go hard on spar days sometimes people on the team get sparked an I didn't think it was healthy for adding skill but still needed because we don't fight as much as the Thais
