Wow just wow. Quality clip with quality sparring this is. Something that's as brilliant as the sparring is they way you to complement and respect each other during sparring, it happened multiple times during this short vid, and it's so important when sparring to have this mutual respect, lovely to see. That's how you improve, see and learn everyone aspiring to be as good as these two living legends. Said by someone who's a muay thai instructor in the Nordics and been loving this sport for 9 years. I've learned a lot from Liam and all those sweeps are nice to watch ( Nicer if you can perform) but this sparring session clearly shows Damien is more of a stadium fighter.
