This is excellent boyz just wondering why most European clubs don't use elbows (with guards of course and proper care) when practicing muay thai.

same as Thailand its usually a big no no, the risk of getting cut is high even with pads. some do though. i had a sparring video a few weeks back where they was using elbow pads.

not a lot really muay thai is very low paid most supplement with being a private trainer or some other jobs. sponsors help in a lot of ways but compared to other sports its very low pay which is a shame because its one the best and most brutal sports going
