Really wish they’d of stayed with Mike Major for the full length, love how this EP sounded…..imo Jerry Finn wasn’t the right person for their sound….I hated the production on Wiretap Scars , just didn’t capture what this EP did

Wiretap scars era Sparta always deserved better. These version are a cut above the production and takes that are used on the LP.

I was so excited for the album, bought it, and instantly just had the sad. Like, what the hell happened? They managed to take all the heart and soul of the songs. They were just so, bland.

This version of Mye is so so so much better than the one on Wiretap Scars. Happy I got to see this band during it's brief run at a tiny club.

I was very lucky to get to see their first few rounds of shows for this EP. Met Tony n Jim after the show n they gave me this CD. Great band live as well!
