Hey Rikki, been enjoying your monkey bar tutorials and what I want to know is a few cool ways to turn around at the end of the bars to go the other way aka transitions. Would be cool to know beginner to advanced transitions. I can already do 1 basic transition where I’ll grab the last bar with my right hand but grab the left side of the bar, then when I release my left hand the body swings 180 and allows me to grab on the other side of the last bar with my left hand lining me up for another set. The only problem is the twisting torsion on my right arm while swinging 180 is a bit uncomfortable but tolerable. I want to try like an air hop 180. Thanks!
