BTW recently started to pass monkeybars backward, I mean I'm passing forward bar to bar, and without reversing my body (by changing hands) I am returning in the same way. Just have to look at the top to see bars behind me. It was easier then I thought. And it is fun:)

It's amazing how many misinformed people are in these comments. This video is clickbait. Type 1 means the pancreas doesn't have the ability to create insulin, therefore you can die if you don't take insulin. This guy was probably still producing insulin or else he would actually die if he stopped taking insulin even if he turned into the fittest person in the world. People. Make sure you know what type you are because there's a big difference between type 1 and type 2. The doctor, not this dip of a dentist, actual talks sense. But this video is an insult to those who actual suffer from type 1 diabetes.
@rikkinetic10 күн бұрын
Yes and “the doctor” who actually talks sense says that Johan probably now lies somewhere in between type 1 and type 2, suggesting there is a difference but there is also an area where people could find themselves in the middle! If Johan could be somewhere in between type 1 and type 2 then there’s a strong possibility others can fall into this too! In which case those people can benefit from seeing this?? We have had many type 1 sufferers reach out to us saying they have seen improvements in their health since being inspired to make changes after seeing this video and hearing Johan’s story. Maybe not improvements that have seen them come off insulin totally, but improvements nonetheless. That’s why we wanted to share this story, to inspire people to make changes for the good. We have never said people should stop taking insulin, we’re just sharing the story. We are hoping people are as intelligent as you and watch the whole video and after doing so they will understand the situation. Thank you for your message it helps to point out that this is unlikely to happen to everyone. However there is no need to insult anyone

Late to the party, but when it is just after rain, it is easier to just dry bars using two microfibra wipers:) One for remove most of the water from the bar and second to dry it. Few minutes and you have dry bars.
@rikkinetic14 күн бұрын
Good tip but what if it’s raining? The bars will only be dry for a fraction of second! Also at obstacle courses it’s impractical to dry all the bars! I hope this video can help people who find themselves in those situations 💪🏼 Sounds like a useful product though, I’m sure it could come in handy ✋🏼🤚🏼🐒

@@rikkinetic Of course it is especially useful just after rain, sometimes works also after autumn / winter night like recently we have, when even not raining, bars are wet, at least at the bottom. I train on monkeybars not for races, just for amusement, so for me training on wet bars is just a waste of time when I fall off constantly... And when is raining I just have a break:) BTW I appreciate your channel very much, big source of knowledge about monkeybar training. I live in Poland, and in my town luckily we have at least few good street workout parks with proper monkeybars for adults. I started to train just in October (so already must manage how to train on wet bars since the begining) and so far mastered front bar method, side swing and missing one bar too on both. One hand full swing is still too hard. But I can make bottom pushups on monkeybar and I think it will be my next goal to crawl from the bottom:)
@rikkinetic9 күн бұрын
Keep up the good work! I’m sure the full swing will come soon enough 💪🏼 that’s definitely one which is harder with wet bars

You inspired me to start my monkey bars journey! I’ve already achieved 10x3 muscle-ups and 10x3 weighted pull-ups with 5kg, and I really enjoy doing monkey bars as well. Like you said, it feels more like playtime than actual working out. I have two questions for you: How do you deal with calluses on your hands? How did you get such nice shoulders? Did they come just from doing monkey bars, or did you train them separately?
@rikkinetic16 күн бұрын
@@max109y I’m pleased to hear that! Keep up the good work 💪🏼 The shoulders are probably a lot from genetics - I have gymnast genes in me so that probably helps! But yes, probably the bodyweight workouts, pull ups/muscle ups etc have helped - lots of my workouts consist of hanging type exercises which will help develop the lats! Things like the human flag and front levers will help also! Not sure if you’ve seen this one but the video below addresses the sore hands situation 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Sore Hands from Monkey Bars? kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYabaZmvfpZkbsk

Your story is inspiring. Thank you! I have been a type 1 diabetic for over 40 years. I have cut out sugar and carbs for approximately 2 months. I have been recording glucose levels, all shots, food eaten and time of day. I had to start reducing Lantus and last night I did not inject any Lantus and my sugars were low and normal. Still taking short acting insulin and it's been reduced also. I hope to be able to completely stop it also soon. My health is improving and God has provided me the strength and wisdom to make changes to my life and honor the temple He has provided me. It's never too late to do whatever you can to improve your life. If I continue to need insulin, that's okay, my health is definitely improving!

Can we do these on daily basis else like gym exercise 2 to 3 times for muscle growth?
@rikkineticАй бұрын
Monkey bars aren’t really a muscle growth exercise. I’ll link a video down below which might help to explain that. They may help to grow muscles to a certain extent but they’re essentially an activity rather than a training method. Most people don’t play tennis to build the chest and back muscles for example 💪🏼 It can potentially be done daily but there will be a point where you would need to rest! Activity is always best when it’s varied to help avoid overuse injuries 🐒 The training methods you didn’t pay attention to? kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGPSXo2Ip5eMb8U

What if the reason I got my health issues is from Iatrogenic effects? Brain damage, killed liver thyroid cells, and damaged gut lining and microbiome. Ppl are always talking abt when health is impacted because of something you are or aren't doing, but what abt the other cases? Do I need to heal the brain damage, killed cells, pituitary damaged first? I've already been working on my gut health, microbiome, and diet.
@rikkineticАй бұрын
Unfortunately I can’t answer those questions. One of the main messages I tried to get across from this video and Johan’s story was that he focused on the things he could control! He was, and still is, and has been for many years now, disciplined when it comes to his daily nutrition and fitness routines! I say in the video maybe a certain amount of what he’s achieved has been down to luck but the point is he’s sort to control the things he can control. I hope that helps 🙏🏼 and I hope you have some good luck come your way

Its actually insane how many people are skeptical of removing the poisonous things in our body being capable of healing us. Like this is the same world where a 🐸 can change its sex to procreate and y'all doubting the miracle of healing that doctors may not fully understand. You're not in a "phase" when youre eating like shit, not exercising, poisoning your body and get shitty results, but you're in a honeymoon phase when you're doing what is natural to the body God created and it's performing. Disease is confusion in the body. Confusion isn't genetic. It's what happens when corporations pump bs into our bodies and our children's bodies for profit and the natural body does not know healthy cells from unhealthy ones. Fake food, tumor ridden meats - yet we blame the body when shit just stops working. The very people causing the problems do what they do best, manage the symptoms. Get the damn simple sugars youre pushing to us and our kids out of circulation when its HARMING our bodies. Easy. But its easier to attach a damn CGM on our arms and profit off pharmaceutical crap you shovel in our direction and tell us it cant be cured. I'm not telling you what I think. I'm telling you as a electronic health records integration engineer that helped setup the backend for the ambulatory amd inpatient facilities y'all visit. I'm telling you as someone who got the insurance fee schedules and contracts with pharmaceutical companies to push meds to you guys based on who pays more versus studies and what may be better for your prognosis. So many of us have to hide behind NDA and all that, but I warn you guys...our food and healthcare administration is corrupt and its killing us. I have reciepts for everything I'm saying to you right now. Be careful my fellow Americans. We are in a fight for our lives to not be treated like the tagged livestock that we have consumed all these years 😢.

Is it better to use a standard grip thumb around the bar or a false grip thumb over the bar
@rikkineticАй бұрын
That depends on a number of things Which technique you use. How thick the bars are. Are the bars wet or dry. The answer though I would suggest is whatever feels best for you 😊 The goal generally is to get from one side to the other, so do that in whichever way suits best 💪🏼🐒
