Honestly shampoo can only go so far. It basically will make the hair you have already seem thicker. You need to take a DHT blocker and also find out what is causing your hair loss.

@@kpboix99 it depends, the first thing I would do which is free is get a blood test done, you can find out if you are low on any vitamins. Iron , zinc. Biotin are all things good for the hair in general. The other thing I would strongly look into is taking a DHT blocker because most people guy or female have issues with hair loss because basically the hair is being attacked .

Trial and error isn't a waste of time my friend. Hair regrowth is a science. Ever heard of monoxidil? This guy is just looking for a natural way forward. Won't know until we try.
