The FDA already knows about all the nasties they allow in food and products for the body care. When you ask them why the nasty things in food, they justify themselves saying the quantity is very small and represents no danger. What they dont want to say and people dont think about, is that those nasties are in most of the food people consume in amounts daily... "small amount" multiplied per day, per week, month... (you get the idea...) piles up and then people get sick or ill with what they were never expecting!! The same applies to beauty products, shampoos and all... but in this case, there are brands who make choices that are the best possible and safe for people to use and it is great that Bobby guides us to those brands! We now know better! Should support those brands and buy none of the rest. FDA is not our friend, it is the businesses' friend. Thank God we have Bobby 😁

The true $ is in medicating the masses for the rest of their lives. How do they ensure that? By making everyone sick first. Their defense is they list the ingredients, even though they use language no one can decipher. The deception runs deep, in all things unfortunately.

True. In bars, they ask their customers, "What's your poison?", But it's obvious after viewing so many of these videos that those "regular" franchises and corporations create every possible mixture of expensive good stuff and cheap bad stuff imaginable. So maybe these regular retail and grocery stores should be asking their customers "What's your poison" instead, because you really do have a lot of options of which to take and which not to take, so long as you accept some*.

I didn't know many of these products we know, use, and see on a daily basis were so bad for us( especially for women). I will be scanning all the products with your app tomorrow and throwing out the ones that are not Bobby approved ( which is probably about 80 to 90% of them 🤦‍♀️). you have to stop trusting apps like that. everything can be toxic, even water - look up water toxicity. if you drink 15 cups really quickly, you get really sick; some people have even died from it. those apps dont base their ''toxic'' ratings on studies where people are getting sick from cosmetic products. theyre based on unrealistic conditions like rats eating massive amounts. these studies are purposely trying to find the line where it becomes toxic so scientists can work out how to make sure it is safe. if youre buying from a reputable brand, theyre using the ingredient in a scientifically supported, safe way. those apps are misinterpreting the science. theyre basicaly saying "drinking 15 cups of water is really toxic, so you need to avoid anything with even one drop of water" its the dose that makes the poison

I do somewhat agree, a lot of not good stuff are put in self care stuff but for example, petrolium based products aren’t always bad. Sodium, explodes on contact with water, Chlorine, corrosive and incredibly toxic. Sodium-Chloride should be really deadly then right? Nope it’s literal salt. Point is don’t just judge something by what it’s made from.

Yes, money. And people say they don’t want regulations. In Europe they have a lot of regulations for food ingredients and product ingredients in general so companies are not allowed to poison them. But we, in America don’t think about this when we say we don’t want regulations. The incoming administration is a big proponent of no regulations. Their idea of “freedom” is allowing employers to endanger their employees, make them work without protections (aka regulations) and allow any cheap fillers and poisons in our foods, many of them not even real foods. We are on our own and need to educate ourselves.

Being allergic to many things I have always ONLY used unscented products. Baby shampoo has been my friend since the 1950s. Baking soda with a drop of hydrogen peroxide makes for an excellent healthy teeth care - good enough for my grandmother so good for me. Use it carefully on skin as well. I sold Avon, Mary Kay, & other lines years ago. One allergic reaction & it had to go. It's always best to stick with clean clear water to wash your face. Additives add to your body's negative issues.

Great video. One thing worth mentioning (which was not explicitly mentioned) is that all synthetic fragrances and perfumes contain phthalates - which is essentially paraban’s twin sister and is, from my research, one of the absolute worst hormone disrupters out there. So ladies and men, if your product say Paraban free but still has fragrance then put it back. There’s no point in taking out the parabans if you don’t take out the phthalates too.

I'm returning it back to Walmart. I've been using Suave body wash and I know that's no better. I usually research online ingredients, but I was out of body wash and couldn't' really read the ingredients on the Dial product. Most definitely and that's also why so many people are having trouble conceiving. Most women are literally dousing themselves in these chemicals from fingernail polish to lipstick and other types of makeup and hair dye. Add on lotions & body wash it goes on and on. When I see little girls with nail polish and makeup on, I'm thinking they're already being exposed to these chemicals at 2. What's going to happen to them when they're in their mid-20s early thirties and want to have children? What really makes my blood boil is that the FDA has zero authority over this. When they should be policing what's in these products!!! In Europe and other countries, this is not allowed to occur. Unfortunately in America where lobbyist are King. We get treated like trash. The FDA isn't looking out for your best welfare. Beauty product safety should be the top priority but it seems it's their last priority..

Necessaire, Naturium, and Iota are really improving body care. Plus, Naturium is at Target at an accessible price. All have fragrance-free options (essential oils can also be irritating to some people). And from what I've learned from dermatologists and cosmetic chemists, CeraVe is a very good brand. Parabens are just a small part of a very good overall formula with ceramides, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin. La Roche Posay is also a pretty good and dependable drug store brand.

CeraVe is garbage. They just spend a ton of money marketing to Dermatologists. The one time I was stupid enough to use a CerVe lotion, my skin broke out!! The Korean brands ( still have to read ingredient lists) are much more better formulated for sensitive skin, use all the active ingredients as CerVe, and don't cause break outs and are often cheaper. CeraVe can rot in the garbage can!

Yes, I use all CeraVe products and they are Dermatologist recommended and better than a lot of brands. Methylparaben is in CeraVe products as a preservative needed to keep bacteria from growing in the products. It's definitely less harmful than people think. I've been using Cerave for 6 years and it has helped my skin dramatically. Finding one ingredient that you say is bad and discarding a product is quite ridiculous in some cases. When it comes to ingredients, you have to pay attention to why it's used and how much is used. An ingredient that far down on the list means it's not much utilized in the product.

I agree. Take this guy with a grain of salt. I've done so much research into ingredients and it's great to be informed, but some of this guys fears are a bit overblown. Derms generally really like Cereve, and petroleum based ingredients aren't necessarily dangerous.

It us rare to find a Dermatologist that can be trusted. I have had to deal with the for many years for an actual medical condition. I'm not the kind of patient they want. Their whole "business" is directed toward those who pay cash for cosmetic procedures.

Cerave products are generally very good. For a start they are all unscented. I only wish they became more animal friendly...

One day I ran out of cleansers to clean the bath and shower with. In desperation I grabbed a bottle of shampoo that I wasn’t using any more. I figured it might get rid of some of the grime until I could go to the store. To my shock and some horror it worked so well I ended up using the rest of my shampoos as the cleaner until they were all gone. Now I use an apple cider vinegar rinse on my hair and that’s it. My hair has never felt more beautiful and I’ve lessened the frizzies quite a lot. If my hair is particularly grubby, I’ll make up a runny paste of bicarb Soda and water and wash my scalp with that, rinse until it’s all gone and end with an ACV rinse. Best thing I ever did for my hair and it’s cheap as chips.

Acv is abbreviation for apple cider vinegar. I am not the one who posted, so I can't say what they do, but I believe it's some apple cider vinegar in water poured over the hair, left on a bit, then rinsed with plain water. Don't do this if you have white hair. It can yellow it.

I would also like to point out that most people who believe they have dandruff are most commonly seeing just a dry scalp. That doesn't mean you need an anti-dandruff shampoo, it just means you need something that is going to moisturize/not dry out your scalp

💯. I worked as a barber stylist and people generally never have true dandruff. It’s almost always a dry scalp or a build up of products. The need a good scalp cleanser then go to one of these listed products. Tea tree oil is good

Just bought a trial size of Garnier sleek & shine shampoo to try. All my other shampoo, conditioner, deoderant and body wash are not keepers but I bought them and have to use them because it's what I have. Can't afford to throw out what I have but here to learn what are the safest products. I've relied on what is stated on the front of products to try them. My eyesight is not the best and cant see all that fine print on the back. Thank you sir.

Most people myself included, have a hard time getting used to just a deodorant, not an antiperspirant, but you have to remember that your body is meant to sweat! I started in the fall, So I could get used to that, and to go thru the detox process of getting the old stuff out, which takes 30 days or more! some natural products also contain baking soda, which some are allergic to. I have no issues now 3 years later, and I live in the desert!

It's wise to pay attention to Europe's bans as they may have banned something decades ago, meanwhile here in the US it's still included. Big pharma, food and government here all benefit while we get sick, require medication and hospitalization. $$$ I've heard Europeans say they can taste the chemicals in our food.
