Great video, even after many years of Borderlands games I'm still learning and now I'm getting into the nuts and bolts of WHAT makes a great build. I'm your basic 56 year old gamer, I play and shoot without worrying about what makes a great build but utilising skills makes for a fascinating video. You're fast becoming my " go to " for BL3 vids and the fact that you let people use your save files is another bonus.... Well done fella👍👍👍

Surprising as a Moze main to not see Torgue Cross Promotion here. Yeah with max points you'll see yourself Torguegasm and down yourself ALOT, but we just can't say no to all that bonus splash damage despite the insane splash damage radius increase you get. It's why Moze is Mr Torgue's favourite vault hunter 😂

Crit with the splash damage sight (2.3x zoom) plus torgue cross promotion and the crit grenade skill drops my max shield build in one explosion, I need to get a competitive redistributer

Eh I down myself all the time with Moze anyway, may as well take it. Got that Re-volter to help me get back into the fight anyway. And that skill that lets you throw grenades while in FFL. I hate when it happens right at the end of a fight though. To quote a wise man : 'TORGUE GUNS ARE ALWAYS EXPLOSIVE! "What if I fire in close quarters, won't I get hurt too?" IN YOUR HEART OF HEARTS YOU KNOW THE ANSWER-THE QUESTION IS, DOES IT MATTER?!' If you play Moze but can't see the wisdom in this, you're playing Moze wrong.

@theslay66 Exactly why Moze should be the official spokesperson for Torgue Corporation in BL4. Forger Vladof cuz we know Moze loves making things go boom and then boom again and then boom again just to make sure it's dead.

Bro I'm a day one Moze main I only put like 1 point in torgue cross premontion for the 100% splash damage and it still downs me and why on God's green earth do barrels also get torgue promotion why gearbox why 😢😅😂

In regards to Zane, I should mention that another great skill in the Green Tree, if you're utilizing Barrier as your 2nd skill, is Calm, Cool, and Collected. Since the Barrier can sheild you, you don't have to worry about taking huge chunks of damage, and if you play it right with a Cryo Build, you can essentially make it to where your action skills just remain _indefinitely._ When I first played BL3 in 2019/2020, I made a build around that using a Cryo Butcher, and it was honestly one of the most broken things ever. Years later when I came back to it, I went and revisited the Zane Build, tuned it up for Mayhem, and it _Still_ shredded. Zane, honestly, is probably one of the most broken Vault Hunters in the series, and given his charisma, smarm, and personality, he absolutely _deserves_ to be.

Some people think the faisor shotgun has ammo regen... it really doesn't becuase it also takes bullets from the ammo pool

Hey man i have a question, with your skills, if you max a skill and then get say +2 from class mod, is it wasted or does it scale even higher? So would 7/5 be better than 5/5 or diminishing returns?

Great question. They stack and if 5/5 netted you say 50% gun damage 10/5 would net you 100% so no diminishing returns either.

​@shirinau if he is using Moze, the skill in the top left of her green tree gives every 5th shot an amp of fire damage. There's also a couple items 5hat can give an amp

Dread doesn't give you ammo regen.. it takes bullets from the base to put it in the mag... not ammo regen

I may have misspoke, I meant it regens your magazine so you can use weapons like the Faisors shotgun and a stat rolled lucky 7 for longer.
