almost every new kingdom has this issue. and some can revive from a mass collapse, like my kingdom (3274), but it won’t be a good kingdom long run. very few will last into SoC, and they will usually need a popularity wave pre and post kvk2, like 2489

Hello, I'm dragon, the current r5 of OW (King of 3420) and what happened was a fight between the leaders of 420T and 420A, both of whom are to blame for the collapse of the kingdom. The leaders shadow, bull, kenno and Tiny everything was from the beginning, I was a 420T r4 and most of us r4 didn't know what was happening between them. They simply destroyed the kingdom because they were children fighting. Now in 3420 I am planning big things, 3418, 3419 and 3420 will be allies in kvk1 and we will do something historic which will be to merge the 3 kingdoms in kvk2 to gain seed A and kvk3. This will take time but I will do my best for my kingdom 3420. Thank you for giving your point of view on this matter, Spartan, you give me more reasons to show that 3420 will be reborn.

Spenders want to be in alliance with other spenders, spreading them out rarely works unless its their decision, when it feels forced it causes friction. Most players never want to be in the #2 or #3 alliance and more often that not the people who do end up their tend to end up caring way less.

I try to make any alliance I am in the best alliance in the best kingdom possible. However if the handwriting on the wall says migrate or jump alliance I stick it out to the bitter end.

Bro I would not freak out this is very common in early kingdoms! It will still grow socially closer to KvK more people will be able to migrate in! It doesn’t matter where you before KvK 1 many people move around alliances leave and etc it really depends on you what you want to do!

Look at 3439, one guy and his 20 friends took all level 2 pass rewards by kicking members to fit them all😆. This one guy even had R5 of all those alliances. My ghad, we migrated to 3440, it was unbelieveable strong, coordinate, and peaceful! Truly KvK oriented KD✊

Don't join 3357. That place has become dead. Me and my alliance revolted and took control of the temple because our previous king, Nomad, sucked ass. He also talked sexually to a few of his loyal members. The kingdom was once the most powerful in the region, but due to Nomad's leadership, people migrated to other kingdoms. My alliance leader has tried his best to return us back to those days, yet Nomad's followers refused to cooperate and decided to do a coup. We were betrayed by our allies and those who supposedly would cooperate. My alliance has decided to leave, the kingdom is dead. So don't ever go there.

Its funny i had joined a jumper group around 400 people got r4 of one of main alliances and since i am a high spender i just wanted to know who else was spending so i could see about what mges everyone wanted anyway lets cut it short leaders got all pissed they kicked me out and an r5 and r4s for another alliance in that group gave me a spare discord and we were able to take 200 people within 1hr and they deleted the server all this happened because theh had all the spenders in top alliance
