Movement, stretching, find out what your triggers are. Don't allow your muscles to contracture.

@@JennyBrie2006 sounds like good advice... i'm always stiffer in the morning and ore limber in the evening

@@ernietollar407 same here, mornings are the worst. I find I'm prone to get peritoneal tendonitis and plantar fascitis if I let it go too long without stretching. Stretching has also helped me with RLS.
