How do you keep your top ring so clean? mine is solid black, I cant seem to get it clean when I do burn offs

I try to brush everything off with a grill brush after messy cooks. When I do a burn off I break everything down and clean it up then vacuum the dust out. Hope this helps and sorry for the late response!

I usually cut the breast bone, but don't remove. Seems to keep the breasts juicer.
