Spatchcock Roast Chicken, simple and delicious

In this video I am preparing a Spatchcock Roasted Chicken. I cover all of the details of pre preparation, brining, air drying, carving and much more. In the video, I also go over the differences between light and dark meat, I clear up the confusion on terminology like "cage free", "organic" and "free range".
