He mentions how tight security at Eden is so they'd likely do a thorough investigation of anybody who wants to be part of the faculty because we got VVIPs and their children attending (and there are multiple reports of kidnapping and the like outside campus already). He also mentions that he'd easily be able to pull that off if his mission was to just assassinate Desmond and hightail it out of there, but he has to spend a long time there and cultivate a good relationship with him.

His classmate, the Thorn Princess aka Yor Briar-works as an assassin because she can't afford the expensive Eden tuition fee for both her and her brother after their parents died 💀 Hmm, Eden's policy requires both parents to be present. Sooo, how about abusive parents who send her to work, telling her it's all for her country, instead of dead parents? Or abusive guardians (fake ones arranged by Garden)? Anya, the esper, can be uhhh... whatever. Anya: *SHOCK* Jk, lol. How about, an overprotective teacher? Or a nosy underclassman? Blackbells could adopt Anya instead of Twilight, because they want a sibling for rebel Becky, perhaps. Anya's secretly anti-nationalist (cause of the experimentation)? So when she learns about how Twilight is a spy from the West after she encounters him, she does her part to help him by trying to befriend Damian who is in her class/part of the staff? Heh. 😏 She's also friends with Yor, because assassins are Waku Waku. I imagine Loid and Yor would meet each other at some sort of interclass tournament or detention. Wait! Imagine if they had that dodgeball match and Yor beats Twilight's ass, lmao. He'd be super impressed/pissed off and they'd become friends in no time. Oof, almost wrote myself a fanfic there. Loid obviously curious about what she's doing and interested in her but acting like he doesn't and the only reason he asked was probably because he is an Imperial Scholar. That's SUCH A TSUNDERE THING TO DO LOL.

It's great, great video, I can totally see Yoru doing that, but I feel like Loid's changed quite a bit, then again, if they are at the teens kind of timeline and Loid not being affected by the war, then yeah, I think I kinda see that, but I think Loid would hide the cat the moment he figures out he can't go back(because of Yoru again...), and just deliberately leave a note for her leading where the cat is, outside of the school(if we use the current Loid, but then again when he was a child he was already smart, so that is still a possibility).
