In this day in which we are living unfortunately more folks are getting into preserving and canning as well as stocking up on rice, flour, cornmeal etc. As the nation wants to force fake meats, fake vegetables, and other foods full of hormones and antibiotics we need to be more aware of what foods we are putting in our bodies and feeding our family. We are stocking up and supporting our local farmers and meat producing beef, pork, and chicken with no antibiotics. This new machine of yours will make foods to store for a long time in case of an emergency. Those crappie sure looked mighty good. You guys had a great time. I look forward to you guys processing your cuts of elk and other foods to store or freeze dry.
