Good day, colleague) We've just had our grad at school💥 Pretty much the same: commencement, principle's and valedictorians' speeches on the school football field,...you name it😉No grad gowns though, only grad silk shoulder bands with the year🙂But tomorrow all the graduates in Saint Petersburg are having something very special-"Scarlet sails" show when a magnificent ship is sailing along the Neva river accompanied by music, fireworks and other pyrotechnic effects🌟💥🎉Btw, the tense you're using talking about unreal past is 3rd Conditional and as far as I remember😉it should be used without "would" in the subordinate clause, after "if": "If it had rained our graduation would have been held in the gym" (No bragging on my part🙏, my major at uni was teaching grammar😁) Same in my school: we were lucky to have great weather🌈 Thank you for the awesome vid (very useful and pretty handy)and my congrats with the coming vacation💥🌟🌈And hey! such a soccer pitch Wes. It was not a High School , it looks like a University football pitch. Alumnus in spanish is alumno. Degree, (a grado) Graduate= graduado. with honor ( con Honor) Procession( procesion....normaly in parade).. you can notice that all are alike, similar ones.

Students need to purchase the cap and gown. It’s quite expensive. We bought my daughter’s. $50, maybe. I will ask my principal if I can do an English lesson at my school when there are no students.
