Her mother was saying how much fun that I seemed to be having in my new life.

Here's the thing. We have to stop calling people friends then expecting them to be puppets. Marlo explained everything she felt but never once looked at her behaviors look to her "friends," and to be honest, in most of the situations she's being asked about, she treated her "friend" just like every adult in her life has treated her. When she didn't text or respond or behave the way Marlo felt, she would switch up. Based on this conversation with Kandi, Marlo showed just as much loyalty to Porsia as her family did to her. You may not see it now, but all of your friendship reflect the same themes. Get them before they get me because I've always been hurt by people close to me, and You won't hurt me too" Sis, Get some therapy. Do some empty chair interventions! But what you can't do, is subconsciously expect your friends to be what your family wasn't. Fill your bucket so you don't feel the need to behave these ways. She did the same stuff with Keenya, and her attachment to NENE may be genuine, but let's see what happens if they fall out. The same "I didn't do or say anything wrong it was just coincidence, so why you mad?" record will play. Until the ROOT issue is fixed, The brokenness, confusion, insecurities, etc., from looking at her family from the outside. Those-those abandonment issues. Ironically, it's the same issues the kids may be facing from not being with their bio mom. Choose Psychodynamic, CBT, or DBT Therapy or something other but temporary ego attachments, and avoidance
