ได้ it is used also for past tense ... but not always. In my opinion it is quite confusing. Thanks

What’s the difference in using ได้รับ and just ได้
@desmondleach19154 жыл бұрын
I used same construction as you. Perhaps ได้รับ is a little more formal ?

Can I also say phua for husband ?
@ThaiwithMod4 жыл бұрын
ผัว /pŭa/ is usually used among close friends only.

Sami is the imported Indian word from Sanskrit, Phua is the real Thai word. So use Phua and not Sami. eastasiaorigin.blogspot.com/2017/08/origin-of-thai-language.html

Kruu Pear, enjoyed the video but I feel you moved to quickly on using daai. I understand th evideo attracts people at differnet levels of Thai but I'm trying to watch your series of beginner videos (111).Would be nice if you could spend a bit more time on the subject. Krop khun krop Chet

I used "mii" instead of daai xD Wrong!

Hi Pear, tell Mod I said "Hi" 😁 These are the most common things I hear as a farang in Thailand, some of these I know you guys covered, some might give you some ideas; "How long you stay in Thailand?" "Who teach you Thai?" "How did you learn to speak Thai?" "I think you have many girls already" "Where you from?" "Why you like Thai woman?" "Where have you been in Thailand?" "What do you like most about Thailand?" "Thai people very different from American" "You have to pay the Dowry" "Don't worry about the Dowry, just buy my father a TV" "Would you like to go my place?" "Would you like to meet my parents?" "Do you like to eat Rice? " If you marry Thai woman, you have to eat Rice" 😁

Like the video but my vocabulary is not good enough to follow enough on your questions in video. Your making the assumption we all have a vocabulary to follow. Maybe I'm viewing your videos in the wrong order but I am following the videos for beginners as the are come on you tube. Please correct me if this not not the order I should be watching your videos

Great content but please change back to the previous song .... this is too standard and boring. Really miss that tune.
