I really felt this one. Not a climber, but a runner and it seems I constantly have to tell myself to calm down, I can do this. Beautiful editing and capturing of this crazy feeling.

Absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful editing. This captures that inner monologue we all have when facing terrifying moments ahead of us and, more importantly, the relief, and confidence that comes with the accomplishing what we pushed ourselves to do.

I really like seeing a climber being portrayed as vulnerable because the image you usually see is a fearless tough guy. The reality is this. there is no epic music in the background just an ongoing inner monologue. I love that this clip showed how to acknowledge fear and over come it.

As a climber, it's good to see a climbing video with a similar depiction of when I climb a route haha. Very honest and showed vulnerability. Loved it! Thankyou for making this.

Climbing (and outdoor activities in general) teach so many important lessons! I'm currently recovering from a shoulder injury that I experienced while doing something else and am eagerly anticipating the day when I can finally climb again. For now, that lesson is patience and caring for self. If any of you want a very interesting book about the psychology associated with rock climbing, I'd highly recommend Arno Ilgner's The Rock Warrior's Way. Maybe I should read it one of these weeks as I recover so that start climbing again with a better mental perspective.

Beautifully shot and edited! I love the humanity that shows thru so clearly. This captured the true nature of our wonderful sport. Nothing even comes close to climbing...best sport on the planet.

Agree with the comments-this transcends climbing or even outdoor activity. I'm a surgeon and these same internal dialogues happen all the time in the operating room, sometimes out loud, sometimes not. Great editing. For me, outdoor activity and physical activity is both fun and it trains the mind to overcome challenges and this video captures this duality very well.

That was extremely powerful. I had to stop the video at some points- you feel her anxiety, bravery and persistence all in one. The honesty in this video is refreshing. Would have liked to see it end more on a positive note versus the barren scene.
