Another great tip to train the filters of your brain. When you observe our thoughts and you come across thoughts that are negativ or undesirable, say to yourself (you can say it out loud) I don´t accept that thought. And when good thoughts come up you just say "I accept this thought and I´m thankful for it". If you stick with this you really train your mind to immediatly filter out every tought that is negative.

I've always been fascinated by words since I was very little. Always considered myself a wordsmith, it wasnt until I read As a man thinkith by James Allen that I understood the power in them. It was James Allen originally not Nevil Goddard that wrote a man attracts not what he wants but what he is. I recomend to anyone n everyone to read that book, it's a short read but very powerful, at least for me it was. I often reread it.

I can vouch for this..! Too often I find myself unleashing the worst language, anger and hate at my work computer! Particularly after a poor nights sleep on a 6am start. That just makes things so much worse! From then on the day goes downhill, with various circumstances and tasks going unfavourably one after the other, seemingly against all the odds..! I swear it's the computer that starts it, I just retaliate..! :-D Not getting a decent night's, undisturbed sleep is essential for me to avoid a day like that. Sometimes I can turn it round after having a break and coming back in whistling cheerful tune - in a better mindset and sending out good vibrations. Thanks for the video - reminding of what I keep forgetting..!
