I loved this video, I have assertive and agressive communications. However, the way you explain makes me feel confident to keep aware how to avoid the agressive one.

Thank you for pointing out the rules. A very good lesson. I usually try to avoid sentences about a person - and emphasize the importance of the task or matter.

@@Speakconfidentenglish This is a strategy to defend myself against rude cowoker attacks. It's an escape forward :) instead of placing blame - I try to direct the conversation to the task or resolutions.

Thanks for the question. Passive communication is used in highly formal or diplomatic situations, such as communicating with C-suite executives. It can also be appropriate when aiming to avoid blaming others or keeping tensions low during a controversial conversation. I hope this helps.
