Some of the Biden Democratic policies definitely appears to have made things worse, but I am stunned at how many of my more conservative friends don’t know or don’t understand anything about all the corporate greed, mergers, and soaring profits that have occurred within the past 10 years. I’m hoping that the FTC will continue to be allowed by the new admin to at least do SOME things that lead to positive outcomes for American consumers, and not just businesses. Because it’s the corporate greed that has played the huge part in grocery prices, particularly beef and potatoes, which are owned in monopolized by pretty much a tiny handful of corporations within the US who have been left unchecked. Just look at the publicly listed profits, and salaries of some name brands you can think of and you will see they did very well during the past four years while continuing to raise prices and blame it on inflation lol.
