Randy, not only do we need an independent judiciary as prescribed by the constitution, but we must equally protect the absolute independence of Parliament. Therefore, I dare to say tht Parliament should stand off. The SC waded beyond its jurisdiction, unfortunately, unprepared. Could it be tht Afenyo Markin may have had a role to play in the CJ's selection? Bcuz this isn't the first time he had been shown favor by the judiciary.
