As to the question about what day is the sabbath. In Exodus 20:10 says the seventh day is the sabbath of the lord. So what i notice some say the sunday is the sabbath some say the Saturday. I would say let god lead u and ensure to set aside for the lord from all your work and let the Lord lead you.

Im not understanding how a Christian could be willing to marry someone from the world on a promise they will eventually follow Christ. Its a heart issue and it is the Lord who draws, so how could anyone be expected to guarantee their own salvation? What Christian would want to get married without God blessing? Would He? Havnt we learned enough from Samson and the Israelites chasing after wives who served other gods?

So you say as long as you believe in Jesus you are saved and that changes don’t come over night. Does that make me a lukewarm christian then? Because if there’s no amount of good I can do to measure up to Gods standards then how do I know if I’m really fully saved and not lukewarm?

1 John 3:24 says: "Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us." Your actions are what show you're saved. We all fall short of the glory of God. But that's what grace is for. Those who are of God will act like Him. Not perfect, but aiming to be like Him

We know we are saved because the Bible says we are once we believe. Immediately we are saved as soon as we believe. Feelings constantly lie to us we have to trust scripture and know we are saved according to scripture ❤😊

I describe the father as the merciful God. He's the only one that ever shows Mercy and teaches us to be merciful as he is.❤ above All things he is the most high God... He has no beginning nor end he creates time he is the head of days he is the I Am .. he is the god of Abraham Isaac and Jacob. He comes in the form of his holy spirit.. his image is what he showed in his begotten son. He is the way. He gifts the power of salvation. He holds the power of Resurrection. He gave his son the right to claimed that he is the way the truth and the life that no man comes on to the father except through Lord Christ Jesus

I came across your page and I'm glad I did so question my godfather is a pastor and growing up going to church with other teens they speak in tongues but they do it randomly like I don't know If it was real or not because they kind of fake it too whats your take on that

Thanks for watching! The Bible says, "The crucible for silver and the furnace for gold, but the LORD tests the heart." Proverbs 17:3 While it can be easy to do it, it's best that we don't try to figure out the motives and genuineness of people's actions. I will say that while some people might fake speaking in tongues, speaking in tongues is definitely real. Try not to let some people's misuse of speaking in tongues deter you from embracing the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit🎈

The last thing I will say is to read 1 Corinthians 12 bro. It breaks down everything I'm trying to communicate: Now concerning[a] spiritual gifts,[b] brothers,[c] I do not want you to be uninformed. 2 You know that when you were pagans you were led astray to mute idols, however you were led. 3 Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say “Jesus is Lord” except in the Holy Spirit. 4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; 5 and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; 6 and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. 7 To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 8 For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills. One Body with Many Members 12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. 13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body-Jews or Greeks, slaves[d] or free-and all were made to drink of one Spirit. 14 For the body does not consist of one member but of many. 15 If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. 16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell? 18 But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose. 19 If all were a single member, where would the body be? 20 As it is, there are many parts,[e] yet one body. 21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22 On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, 24 which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, 25 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together. 27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. 28 And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, helping, administrating, and various kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? 31 But earnestly desire the higher gifts. And I will show you a still more excellent way.

I overall enjoyed this podcast. However I will say, speaking in tongues is an evidence of being filled with The Spirit. However, it's not the only evidence or way someone can be filled with The Spirit. Having a child is an evidence of being married, but that's not the only evidence there is to being married because you can be married and have no children. Fruit of The Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience kindness, goodness, self control. The bible gives examples of being filled with The Spirit as "boldness" in acts 4:31, it didn't say speaking in tongues in that specific example. The bible also says to pray in The Spirit at all times (Ephesians 6:18). But you don't pray in tongues at all times. If you met a non believer and prayed for them, you wouldn't pray in tongues, you would pray in English. The bible even says don't speak in tongues in front of non believers so they won't be confused. At the end of the day tongues is a gift, and God chooses specifically who he wants to have that gift. It DOES NOT mean that believers who are do not speak in tongues are not filled with The Spirit, or have not been baptized by The Spirit. We are all one body representing different members and we cant make it seem like people who don't speak in tongues do not have the same Spirit living inside them and working in them as the people who do speak in tongue or that they haven't reached their full potential. I have the gift of faith and can encourage people in bad situations but there are some people who have the gift of tongues but may backslide as soon as a storm hits. We all work together. Lets be united.

@@AChristianPod yes sir, I believe how you worded it can confuse certain people to thinking that they don't have the "extra level of his love" check out the time code 1:24:47. Also at 1:17:57 - 1:18:35 you said people who don't speak in tongues are not filled with The Spirit (that's how I interpreted it.) But the bible teaches that when one repents and follows Jesus they have the Holy Spirit. You also said that people who speak in tongues are closer to God than people who don't and that's not true either. What if someone speaks in tongues but only prays at church. On the other hand what if someone does not speak in tongues but they pray in their closet everyday for an hour in addition to church. Which one do you think is closer to God? This is how I would say it. God gifts someone to be nice on the piano and lead worship. That doesn't mean the person who doesn't have piano skills, but has the gift of service and volunteers often at a homeless shelter doesn't have the "extra love" or a more intimate relationship with God than the person who plays the piano does. Both are gifts from God and both are being used. I believe tongues is the same. Tongues is a gift, but people without the gift of tongues still have the same level of The Holy Spirit. I want to be clear that I believe in tongues and people who pray in tongues but I encourage you to watch the video " how do we pray in The Spirit" by Desiring God. kzbin.info/www/bejne/l52WXoGVZc6emZY

100% , You can't just be saved then backslide and live in sin til u die and expect to go heaven. If you truly love God you will keep his commandments, deny yourself & live a life according to him until he comes back. 😅 Many OSAS believers are lukewarm Christian's. God clearly states in Rev 3:15-16 "I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm-neither hot nor cold-I am about to spit you out of my mouth. "
