I thought I left a comment here the other day, but apparently my tech failed me. IN any case, this is the best way to learn a language I have ever tried. I love learning languages too and this is great. Is breá liom. I am looking for someone to do immersion style lessons but níl gaeilgeorí in mo bhaile i Canada. And no matter what, it would be fabulous if you continued the videos. Kari

I’ll confess I had taken a wee break from your lessons. Got trapped by a certain, particularly persistent owl. So glad to be back. This was a good episode to come back to you. You are a great teacher. Thank you so much for what you’re doing.

I love the Ulster dialect! This is similar to the Pimsleur method. Say out loud, predict, repeat . Thank you. There are not many classes out there which are just oral.

I have loved this course and have learned SO MUCH. It sticks! Thank you. As an American with roots in Cork, part of me says “you’re getting thrown off my learning in an Ulster dialect,” but I’m also of the mind that “it all helps”-and that even if people look at me weird if I say “mu wadoo” where others say “mu wadra” it’ll all work out just fine. Am I right?

Thank you for giving us this great tuition in speaking Ulster Irish. I had a tutor using an ‘Ulster Irish-based’ coursebook (Irish is Fun) but he was from Mayo so he & I always were a bit on edge in case I confused the rest of the class with what I learnt from other sources, and/or used the accent from my home town, Derry. I gave up attempts to get fluent in speaking Irish, & used Say Something in Manx & Say Something in Welsh just to hold on to my confidence. This help from you is invaluable. I hope to get to a Pop-Up Gaeltacht some day. 🤞🏼
