This was one of the requested videos! Speaking Tibetan for 24 hours! Growing up I didn’t really speak much Tibetan, but eventually, I learned on my own and through perseverance and determination I was able to speak more Tibetan. Please do not discourage yourself if your Tibetan isn’t “perfect.” If you have the willingness to learn and grow that is what matters. I hope this video inspires others to speak more Tibetan and to preserve our Tibetan culture in the best way that we can. Enjoy!

What is the mantra that u chanted before eating breakfast. Does all Tibetan do that I'm curious because I'm buddhists and in Nepal we never do this and never seen someone praying except christian.

Yes it’s kind of similar to giving thanks before we eat. We call it “Cheopa” Not all Tibetans do it but most do from being passed down from older generation. I try my best to give gratitude before I eat my meal. 🙏🏼🥗

I'm speaking standard Tibetan without any dialect. (more U-tsang I guess). There are also Kham and Amdo dialect which is hard for me to understand. 😅 Thanks for watching!
