山登り大好きです。トレッキングだけでなく、岩場と雪山のクライミングとか、沢登りとか、山での活動は何でも好きです。山登るだけのために日本へ行ったことは何度もあります。Thank you for bring up all good memories, and be safe in the mountains!

Right, there was multiple news that bears came down into towns in Japan without hibernation last winter, so I was a bit scared. A lot of people visit the place, so I think it's okay. Thank you for your concern, Philippe-san😄

「ハーブの枕」ですか! 印象がちがっておもしろいですね。『草枕』は、草を枕にして寝るような旅のことだそうです。ホテルに泊まる旅行というより、お金のかからない小さい宿に泊まるような旅のようです😊

Great video and worth watching repeatedly. Just one little thing, I understand that the English translation (sub-titles) is usually loosely paraphrased, but if it could be a little closer to the literal meaning, I believe it would be a benefit to all. Thank you for your efforts.

Thank you for this video, Sensei! The surroundings are so beautiful. But please take care and stay safe. Do they have bear sprays in Japan? Not to hurt the bears, for just in case. Thank you for citing Natsume Soseki. I read his Botchan. It was so good. Also purchased his Kokoro and a few other books but didn't read those. Didn't know about 草枕。Thank you for the introduction.

Hi, j dai-san! We can buy bear sprays in Japan, but it's not as common as bear bells. I'm not sure if I can actually use it in front of a bear. I would be too frightened to do anything😅 I'm not going to anywhere people are not around. We all read Kokoro in high school, so it's very famous. It's a depressing story. Botchan is more fun. And 草枕 is too difficult in Japanese. Do you know the word for buying books and not reading them? It's tsundoku. I love the word. I have a lot of tsundoku books. I'll talk about the word in the future video. Have a good day! 😊
