Thank you so much for your very helpful, informative, easy to follow videos, I look forward to learning much more Ukrainian with you. I'm an English teacher so it does help to know the technical ideas, such as conjunction, but even without that, I'd be super happy to have found you because you explain them so well. 😍😊 So, like I say, thank you heaps, and best wishes 🌻

Interesting Yes, in English we do add qualifiers to the possessive pronouns - even saying my own, for example, doesn’t imply ownership but just possession by oneself Thank you 🙏

Nice video 👍☺️❤️. I think I will buy your book, because I haven't got any book to learn Ukrainian language.❤️🇺🇦💙 I know in some languages it"s hard to learn "СВІЙ" , but for me it's easy because in Czech we have svůj, svoje... Я люблю Україну і тебе!😘❤️🧡💙💙💜🇺🇦🇺🇦

In English one might say "my own" or "his own." The example at 6:03, "Він має свій будинок.", I'd translate to "He has his own house."

This is a great lesson. I finally understand! I have a quick question. (Sorry!) From your example: Він має свій будинок - He has his (own) house But what if I wanted to say, "He has his house", but it does not belong to him? I would have guessed it would be "Він має його будинок", but you've said Ukrainians wouldn't normally put this possessive form in the same sentence as the pronoun. So maybe, if I wanted to say this, I would have to say "У нього є його будинок?"
