💣 Spear/Blunderbuss NERFED again! | Is the Spearfishing build dead?

My thoughts on the spear artifact with blunderbuss one shot combo after the nerfs from the last 2 patches

Net Shot perk was also nerfed to reduce stamina regeneration from an 8s duration down to 4s, i forgot to add it at the end =]

thx mate, i use fire conversion on spear to get value from fire harnessing/150 int normally i aim in after a pull or if im trying to get the last couple of shots on someone but when just free firing around in fights its better to not zoom aim so you can transition into dodging after shots easier

Great vid! would be nice to see your fails too cause showing it like this is one sided. I think bb is in a very good spot, is still very bursty high dmg but also nowhere near what it was pre nerfs. GJ ags on this one. Spear nerf was a bit overdone , 30% would have been enough imo.

Why opal on the BB over a Ruby? Wouldn't the Ruby increase the damage from the fire harnessing too?

The BB already does fire damage with its main abilities, only the normal auto attacks is thrust damage, but if you check the weapon tree and hhover the abilities it will tell you that shrapnel blast and grenades both do fire damage (our biggest burst) so slotting a ruby in blunderbuss would convert fire damage into fire damage :D

@@user-ix7es4iw8b can be good also it just depends on if you feel your server/region has a heavy fire/thrust protection meta then maybe swap to converted damage

tbh bb is a no skill weapon lmfao needs more dmg nerfs but debuff durations should last longer.
