SPEARFISH and Freedive New Zealand, catch n cook, DEEP SEA FISHING

Josh James Jacksons bay trip to south westland with Jason from DNA boats, Bruce, Jasmine Charlie and Glynn. Awesome trip although the deep sea fishing was a bit slow and there were not many crayfish around. It was a great trip with good people and we all got a good feed of fish to take home with us

NZ pink ling is very popular over here in Tasmania. I find it very firm but it doesn't have a lot of flavour, you have to add stuff to it. It's great in a curry cause it holds together :)

haha, Jason got george to unhook his boat as its on skids, he did the same to mine when I launched but mines on rollers, I didnt realise till I started backing up, last time it was Weka, this time it was george. Still my fault for not checking my mate didnt undo everything
