Bluethroats may be the best eating by far. I dive city rock at green cape then swim towards the lighthouse. The abalone are twice the size.

My goal was to get a bluethroat as I’ve heard they are amazing. Not wrong, it was the best eating fish by far. Green cape had some big swell while I was down there, maybe next time
