Nice video as always, that cook up was so simple and nice, makes it easy for us to follow. Looked deliecious, I'm going to have a crack at that! Cheers for sharing the fun, Dive Safe!

Thanks man 🤙🏼 That’s the nice thing about cooking, you can season to your preference, I could have made it fancier with more seasoning and ingredients but I went the simple route and it still came out good 👌🏼 Also whenever there’s a sauce involved, I feel like you don’t need a lot of seasoning because the flavor is gona come from the sauce anyways and you could always add more salt to enhance the flavor 👍🏼

Very nice haul of fish. I have never eaten any of the three that you shot. Just means I have to travel to Hawaii again soon and give it a try 🤙🏼

Nice video! Any tips on breath hold? I self taught and never reach those kind depth like that. Always awesome videos from you. Mahalos.

Mahalo’s 🤙🏼 I’m also self taught which is why it’s taking so long to progress for me. I am really considering on taking a class or 2 to really understand the freediving aspect. But honestly the only tips I can give for breath hold is to learn to fully relax your body, when you concentrate on each part of your body, you might find that it’s not fully relaxed. Also for me I consistently push myself every dive. I make it a point to always do a few deeper drops atleast. This has slowly helped me to increase my depth comfortably.

you do not need to scale those fish before cooking? I didn't know this. Great Video...we loved it!
@wakeupandlive33863 жыл бұрын
Actually I did scale and gut the fish before I started filming 👍🏼 thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed 🤙🏼

@@wakeupandlive3386 oh...my fault. I see that now. It initially LOOKED like the scales were still on it, but I can see the difference now. Many thanks...learning a lot. We are only familiar with freshwater species...we live on Lake Ontario. Just subscribed.

What dive watch you use?
@wakeupandlive33863 жыл бұрын
It’s a Pyle sports dive watch, it’s the cheapest watch you can get on Amazon for like $90. I’ve been using it since my other watch broke, it’s kind of a gamble buying these though, some break after a few months and others last years.
