Amazing footage Michael thanks. Great narrative too. What are your flashers made from? Are they loose or attached to line?
@sailingpopao7 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate! We use both hanging flashers and just loose throw flashers. The plates are made from mirrored Perspex glued back to back. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

Beautiful but I was hoping that you would take a shot. I've been trying to find the video where you were dragged with two orange floats but can't find it. I'm thinking that it's going to be a Marlin but I guess a Sailfish is a Marlin.
@sailingpopao2 жыл бұрын
Ahh you're looking for "Don't need snow to ski" it was an Australian Record Striped marlin at the time, 103kg. Sailfish and Marlin are different but both classed as Billfish.
@robertlaird67462 жыл бұрын
@@sailingpopao Yes, "Don't need snow to ski". I saw that video and wanted to see what you speared and the rest of the story but I can't find it. Could you please post a link to the video I'm looking for? Cheers.

Awesome episode guys, always love watching what adventures you have been on! I'm heading to Tonga/Eua later this year and would be so keen to freedive the Cathedral Cave, what would you suggest would be the best way to do this?? Do you need to access by boat? Thanks!
@sailingpopao7 жыл бұрын
Matt Silcock thanks mate glad you're enjoying them! Definitely can only access the cave safely by boat on a calm day, not sure if you'll be able to find anyone to take you freediving there but the Ovava tree lodge does do scuba tours there which you would see more using scuba anyway. Good luck it's amazing there!
