When you fill up the wetlands you can get problems with heavy rainfall. The houses will get problems because the water will go at a higher level.

This is true but unfortunately it's the result of all new construction everywhere in the world. Not just these reclamation videos. All new builds are built on higher ground then the ground was before which effects the houses around them and naturally water management...

Why do they dump the sand so far forward from where the dosers are going to push it?

It's because any further back the sand isn't as compacted as much and the truck tires will sink further in the sand.

This construction site is SO SCREWED UP !! Letting Adults and Kids into a construction zone where nobody except the required people should be. Absolutely stupid !! If one of those kids fall under the Bulldozer, I would not feel sorry at all. Nobody tells them to get the hell off the site. This would never be done at my Construction site. You must have all the training required to even step onto the site. If you don't work there then it's 100% off limits.

Yeah they don’t have OSHA over there because this is definitely wrong. At any moment that material can cave in sending them kids right into that dozer 🤦🏽‍♂️.. it’s not even safe to be out there running around and playing because most of the equipment has blind spots but one of the worst blind spots are dozers and skid steers

Listen, I’ve never worked in the heavy earth moving industry (but I’ve been close), but I’m here to say: I could accomplish twice as much in ⅓ the fuel cost that these Bozo’s are using. Gimme some rotating dump trucks, and ⅓ of the time spent on maneuvering is lost. ONE-THIRD! That’s a lot of time and fuel. It’s like, hey boss…how much did you pay for the new guy? $20? TOO MUCH! HE NO WORTH IT! ‪Thank you for your time on this matter.‬ ‪Peace ✌🏻

You have to be an American. Assuming that anyone from a different country is dumber than you. They are operating some pretty expensive equipment here. Pretty sure they know what they are doing. Trucks dump further back so they don't get stuck and have cave ins. Material is pushed not quite to the edge so it slowly pushes the water and soft material out rather then ontop of. As far as compaction goes, this is being reclaimed for future use. When they build they are building big apartment blocks ontop of this land but they wait for the ground to stabilize and will then dig away and compact for foundations. They may not be 1st world but they are still a developing country and not stupid...
