Ingredients for anday wala burger:
for kabab
1 kg of split chickpeas lentil
1 cinnamon stick
4 black cardamom
8 cloves
4 green chilies
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of cumin
1 tbsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of all spice powder
1 tsp of turmeric powder
4 cups of water
1/4 cup of mint leaves
2 Egg
For green chutney:
1/2 cup of mint leaves
1 cup of coriander leave
3/4 cup of yogurt
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of cumin
As required burger buns
As required cucumber
As required onion
As required cabbage
As required ketchup
As required mayonnaise
