Special beef ragu - with an uncommon ingredient!

We present the preparation of a very delicious and truly special beef stew with a distinctive flavor.
Ingredients:
1 kg of beef leg, 3 tablespoons of fat, 3 heads of red onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 medium-sized beets, 2 bay leaves, 2-3 tablespoons of mustard, salt, pepper, 0.5 l of brown beer, 10 dkg of honey spice cookies
