Special Court Rejects Harshad Mehta Family’s Claim of Assets Exceeding Liabilities

The basic culprit is RBI which has not maintained the simple SGL to record every transaction through Computer Accounting of all SLR related transactions of banks, as its own subsidiaries, up to date, on daily & transactions basis. Second culprit is the foreign bank, which was left free, that’s ANZ Grindlays, which enabled the broker to credit the proceeds to Harshad Mehta’s Personal Current Account. Judiciary & Custodian don’t possess that kind of clarity to analyse the Transactions of Contracts & Delivery, existed then without Transparency. Hence the claims of various Tax Authorities, is asking for its Pound of Flesh, including Interest claims, which needs to be set aside, and arrive the balance of settlement to set off; to save the credibility of Judiciary & Settlement Procedures. In every scam since Nationalisation of Banks, the Department of of Banking, RBI, Officials with the support of politicians & ministers were involved through their contributions of Commissions, Omissions, Cuts, negligence and ignorance with vested interests too. The list is long who all escaped. At least the Assets of Harshad Mehta is Tangible and can be set off with Tangible Real Liability to be paid, rather of illusion nature, that’s Tax, interest etc. ; they are of trade loss nature. Judiciary & Custodian needs to understand the Time Value, rather sitting on matters of settlement Indefinitely. Sanity prevails. Jai Hind Jai Bharat 🌹🙏🌹

So unfortunate that judiciary takes so long time to give judgement. This is the very reason why people loose faith in judiciary and take matters in their own hand. Having said this, i know nothing will change, and we live getting more frustrated with system.

Banning short selling is not a solution. Waise bhi short selling aap equity mai long tarm ke liye nhi kar skte.. sirf fno and intraday mai. Kar skte ho. And short seller are important for market jab kisi cheap company ke stocks without any good reason rocket ki tarah uppar jate hai toh short selling uase niche late hai or market Mai balance banye rakhte hai. Aagar short sellers nhi rahege toh market ka balance bigad jayega.. pump and dump hone lagega for toh bohot.
