In my view, this incident happened because the pilot was rushing to take off without concern for safety and a kind of selfish. After this incident, I hear another similar incident in Japan on 02 Jan 24, luckily all the passenger was save and also RIP for 05 people who died in this incident.

Thanks for giving us an informative and thrilling documentary, in which I had an opportunity to learn some unknown aspects and terms with regards to Aviation. It may be so difficult to analyse and rule out the cause here, might be landing diversion, refueling, technical error or communication misunderstanding and so on, but still KLM caption's urge to take off played a key role as you said at the last. Might be if he would have been little patient and had some clarity in things, this major accident would have been avoided. Should we take this as fate? Informative things needs a little more time to describe and this video's length is certainly necessary at this place. A special thanks for taking much time and efforts in this documentary and only because of that we had a great and clear picture.

But i think its not under butterfly effect. That is natural phenomenon. ஆனால் இது purely Human error. Not a single person. Every responsible person involved in this accident are equally responsible. எல்லோரும் அந்த pilot ஐ யே குற்றம் சொல்வது கொஞ்சம் நெருடலாக உள்ளது. முக்கியமாக take off and ok instructions communication failure than முக்கிய காரணம் என நான் நினைக்கிறேன். இந்த ஒரு நிமிடம் தான் accident ku முக்கிய காரணம். The words "take off "and "Ok " kills 500+ உயிர்கள்.

Your thought on the root cause of the accident is really true bro. I was thinking the same. The technical issue could simply be avoided if the Captain was having a bit more patience and have empathy on the lives he has on his hands at that moment.
