went into this open mind-set. not open "minded". articulate, well-constructed information. i worked for 25yrs in government services. the last ten with US DoS and DoD. i lived in thailnd for about 8 years. most of the year; in bangkok, pattaya. asia is different, different culture, religion (buddist) and norms. the (adult) thai women are intelligent, interesting and "sensual". notice is stated "adult". this child trafficking; i never observed or saw. from what i heard it was more for the thai;s (men) away from the big city and in the rural areas. of which i have not direct information about. though an adult male from the west "mentions" thailand and whala "sex tourism"; which is inacurage, stupid and simply not "real". mr. olvier might of doing some "op" somewhere great. it should not tarnish the wonderful adult women and culture of thailand i that experienced and know. though stupid "belives" what naive "tells" them of our world and humanity.

I'll be turning 53 this summer. In all my time on this Earth, I've found the most optimistic of words in our lexicon is "yet". Just because you haven't reached your goal, doesn't mean it won't happen. It simply hasn't happened...yet. Keep after it. Never quit.

I spent six years in the Army and almost forty years as a business owner that being said I have never taken the easy road or easy way out of anything that includes being in the Army I will not disclose what I did as a solder but will say this man and I share much in common much! I have almost died many times including falling thirty foot off of a building at work it took me a year to get back on my feet but I chose to fight and get back what was lost in an accident take on that discomfort that fight every single day of your life. Almost two years ago I learned I am dying from a horrible lung disease known as Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis was told I have one to three years to live hmm let's see about that at 59 years old I am not done yet not even close I did lost my of my ability to walk now am in an electric wheelchair that won't last either your fight is winnable regardless of size put God and family first while taking care of yourself and respecting others even when they anger you or flatout piss you off remember the few truths and facts of life you will be a true winner after all I built my first business (a construction company) with nine bucks to my name no credit and a baby I started seven businesses four were successful three weren't worth my time remembering failure is only failure when you don't learn, grow and apply those lessons. I am 59 years old retired while being sick I am slowly beating unbeatable disease you can do whatever you set your heart and mind to if you do it for the right reasons.

I was 11 y.o. and my little brother was out in the yard feeding the chickens when suddenly I heard a couple heavy thuds and then him screaming. I instantly jumped through the screen in my bedroom window and ran over to grab our full-grown male goat by the horns and slam it to the ground as he was ramming my little brother upside the barn. That's the first time I realized that I was actually a beast in human form.

I can honestly say that I can relate to this video 1000% because even at work I was put in a situation where someone told me that I`d never be good enough and I would be coming back crawling to them, and I wanted to prove them wrong and I took on a new shift and started from scratch and was struggling through learning the system, learning what certain things I could do to improve and kept grinding at that goal and always was focused on how to become better and more efficient at it, always trying to get rid of my ego and stop complaining and focus at the task at hand, and forced myself throughout the hardships and the extra miles that I went through in order to improve I became from the last guy that was doing this job when I 1st started it, to become the 1st guy and even my boss was like amazed on how much and how this transformation happened...he said that his respect for me grew imensly and even though it took me 6 months I cracked the code on what to do that others had not being doing, and they were working the same job as me for years. This feeling is by far the best feeling to ever achieve!

My stepdad were abusive mentally and physically. I got into the party scene, alcohol and pot. Never amounted to anything. Odd jobs all my life. Now I have no wife or kids. I deal with chronic pain and depression. I live off of disability pay. I live with my parents to help take care of my elderly mom. Only thing keeping me waking up each day is God and me mom. After i graduated university i realized i don't have any life goals. Nothing. All i want is to actually avoid any uncomfortable situations and live an easy life without having to work hard. And hearing how all these people have all these goals and are actively doing something to achieve them makes me feel like there is something wrong with me. And it makes me feel bad about myself. I used to have big goals and dreams up until high school finals, but then i gave up. I half assed my final exams because i didn't want to work, i actually got accepted into a relatively good university in UK in a major which directly related to one of my goals, but i got scared i won't survive abroad, i won't be able to make money for a living while studying because my family was relatively poor, and i declined. I got into a mediocre local university, in a mediocre major and half assed through the entire time there. At least i had a goal to finish university and not be a complete failure, but after i graduated there was nothing else. Sure, i have a job, i have what to eat, i have a roof above my head (i'm living with my mom), but i feel empty and like my life isn't going anywhere.

There's no shame in graduating, working and having a roof over your head. You're already in the top 10% of people in the world by doing so. Start with a small goal and small steps but don't put yourself down for what you've already achieved.

Action precedes motivation. You need to first observe yourself working towards the goal. This in turn will change your perception of yourself, which will then give you the confidence and the drive to continue. Motivation feeds on action.

You will never do anything great in this world without courage, it is the greatest quality of the mind. You must have depth in your heart to swim into all of the colours of life and come alive. The only thing that is real about your own life is each move you are making at this very moment, that’s all there ever is. From the moment you wake, you devote yourself to the perfection of whatever you pursue. The way of the warrior is not about invulnerability, but absolute vulnerability, to life.

Holy !&#$, am I glad I found this. I'd almost given up. I love finding out that everything I felt and knew for so many years was right. Every time I heard someone say, "It's not the destination; it's the journey," I just thought to myself, WTF? It's always been the destination for me, and the one after that, and the one after that. It's not that I don't enjoy getting there; it's that I need that destination and the points in between to keep me going toward something. Hearing Ollie speak, it's like, every a$$hole who ever doubted me and tried to keep me pushed back out of their own fear can suck it. I don't need to waste my time listening to people who naysay. GTF out of my way. Picking something that's beyond my capability and pushing myself to do it is the only thing that's ever made any sense to me. Thank you, Ollie. I'm listening intently.

Today is the day I am celebrating Mother's Day 2021 while CA is opening from over a year of Covid-19 quarantine initiated by school closures and 100% remote learning for students. Many youth have failed in school throughout the quarantine from late April / early March 2020 through late April 2021. I watched this video hoping it will teach and reinforce values I have shared with my teenager and his friends. I am happy to write that this is a masculine version of fundamental business and religious teachings, that a young man who likes war games and is in aw of the military is likely to enjoy. I highly recommend this video to anyone seeking personal growth. I can personally attest to the value of planned BREATHING and MIND OVER MATTER. These were my focus while delivering my first child at the age of 41 -- natural. The pain was heightened as the baby bore down on my spine throughout his delivery, having turned at the beginning of labor. The heightened pain continued as I knew I had to refrain from pushing while waiting for a room to be set up after the baby crowned (the most painful part of labor and delivery), and later while the doctor spun the baby several revolutions to clear his neck of the umbilical cord and whatever else was kept secret from me. The pain was immense. After, 3 vials of morphine were injected into me, when I learned it does not effect me--feeling every stich the doctor made, and enduring the lingering pain until the hospital could administer an effective medication hours later. It was a quiet, quick delivery otherwise, as I focused on breathing, the health of us, and happy experiences rather than ranting and raving. This experience was the crowning confirmation of my individual power. Coupled with academic and business experiences, I feel as strong as any special forces leader :D. Thank you Mr. Ollerton for producing a video from which I expect my child will benefit. Best regards!

Wow this really really is an amazing story. Very inspirational, real true facts. Thank you for sharing your story. I totally agree and relate to re writing the blue print, it’s important to dig deep and work through trauma to release the person we are ment to be. As adults we have to un programme past behaviours and habits. Focus on your future self and face your fears head on. It is embracing the challenges and coming out stronger 🙏🏽
