If you think local affects you more than federal ask yourself a few things.... Do you personally pay more taxes to the federal gov or local? Is your currency a local or federal currency? Are the new people in your community coming in based on local government or federal government decisions? Are you outnumbered and overpowered more easily by your local gov or federal gov? Are the businesses in your community small local businesses or large international companies regulated by federal level regulations.... Is your locale free to make all of its own decisions or does it have to follow federal guidelines...

I have never served militarily, but as a first responder. And no time in my life have I felt , that this country is headed for trouble from within, and from outside. YES it's sad, part of why the Explorer post that I had been involved with from the 1970s, the switch to a CADET program was because of the insurance costs to post. The modern rules being that it must be TWO adults talking to any youth on disabling matter, you know the thing. "O" you want me to play by the RULES of the explorer post, with all the publicity about sex abuse, I will just say you did something to me ( Lies) "O" kids never do that right. Me and my wife do everything together with the Cadets NOW, never separate. If it's a female issue my wife can talk to the female Cadet. If ever a male Cadet issue my wife will always be witness with my interactions 😊 actually the Female Cadets have done so much better that the male Cadets at public events. Very professional, my whole thing with this is giving back to young kids what I wanted growing up. But BSA has become cost prohibited for what you get in return. This is part of the agenda of DESTROYING them. I loved what they did at an outdoor camping event. It used to be fun, I strongly doubt the sex abuse was as bad as the media makes it out to be. I see a lot of husbands and wives being scout leaders "NOW"

“WE THE PEOPLE SEE IT” Give thanks in all things goes a lot deeper than most realize. It has been said before the clearest path to freedom is thru eyes that have seen the truth. This does not mean that it will be easy but it doesn’t have to be feared either. Fundamentally a lot of this is the wrong mindset. The party divisional lines shouldn’t be the end all. You shouldn’t do what your party says because they’re your party while talking about a lack of freedom being an issue. You should be free to pick and choose the best ideas regardless of which party is championing that idea. The people on the other side of the political spectrum aren’t then enemy. They’re your neighbors. Working with them isn’t a bad thing. The “party comes first” mentality is bad and it leads to more corruption. More individuals expected to fall in line with some form of group think. The people in government should be free to agree with an idea regardless of where in the government that idea came from. We need the best ideas, not to demonize any idea that didn’t come directly from your own gang.
