I”m totally trying this out! I have been a fan of your cooking videos since 2015. Another way to monetize is to sell some of these ingredients in an online store. Oh wow, that looks simply amazing! It's so interesting to see fried rice recipes from different parts of the world! In Thailand, we use quite different ingredients, and we don't fry the chicken. But we also add spring onion at the very end, same as you!^^ Really want to try your version, it looks great!

This is what I do - except for the Scotch bonnet part oh but yes I absolutely use less of curry these days and I don't use at all when it comes to Fried rice or stir fry anything. I've become a Rosemary fan as well and generally finding you can get more distinct flavour from using other things.
