May I offer a kind suggestion that may help. I took a fuel cap. Drilled out the center (vent). Installed a shrader valve. I use a small compressor turned down to 10-20psi. I use this to pressurize the fuel tank, and push the fuel to the pump. After filter changes, injector pump changes or any diesel fuel system maintenance. Works awesome, no guessing if you are getting fuel to the pump. Saves on starters & batteries too. I hope this helps, Fan of your videos from Alaska.
