My two sons studied their Geography program two years ago, and I just purchased Whirlwind for my younger son. Older going to university next year. Awesome curriculum, and wonderful people. I am so happy to see how their exposure has grown. Two years ago - there was very little to be found about them. They are, and I expect to this day - very responsive

I love that she is making her own book! I can't wait to read it. I haven't found one textbook that I am remotely happy with in regards to American history.

Jenn definitely has a gift for writing. I’m just sad I didn’t discover them until my kids were entering high school. I would have loved to use their middle school and elementary programs

They do have a high school Human Anatomy and Health course. I picked it up to have my daughter do next year. Pretty excited for it after getting a few of the books!

Would it be beneficial to do Chemistry in the kitchen before taking a chemistry class to help a child understand how chemistry works before taking a regular Chemistry class, even if my child is good at math?

I think it is a marvelous introduction into chemistry. Right now both my teens are doing the course- even though my oldest took chem last year using a “traditional” chemistry program. She has mentioned that it’s much easier to remember the concepts now since they are constantly putting them into practice with the cooking projects.

The one issue I have with Guest Hollow is how secular the resources are. I would really love it if there were more biblical world view resources incorporated.
