Can we call it borrowing? I mean Bailee actually borrow something for specific purpose. Is borrowing a contract? What would be the consideration? Or thr bailor will charge any money?

The Loss May be caused by the the conduct of the promisor himself or by the conduct of any other person. It means loss must be caused by a human agency mthe losses caused by accident are not covered under the contract of indemnity that's why contract of insurance is not a contract of indemnity..
