A friend of mine sent me one of these for sharpening and I found that the blade hits a standoff. It's probably the worst I've ever seen; if it drops with enough speed, it'll bounce right off the standoff.

I had to remove the middle barrel spacer because the blade hits it. It's disappointing because I love the materials and form factor.
